Greater Miami Shines at 2025 Florida Tourism Industry Awards

The Greater Miami area earned top recognition at the 2025 Florida Tourism Industry Awards last week, taking home three honours for excellence in destination marketing and sustainability. The awards, presented annually by VISIT FLORIDA during the Florida Governor’s Conference on Tourism, highlight the most innovative and effective tourism initiatives across the state.

Our client, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB)  received the prestigious Henry Award in the Integrated Marketing Campaign category for its groundbreaking Breaking Up with Spring Break campaign, which redefined Miami’s global tourism narrative. The campaign also earned the coveted Best of Show Award in the annual marketing budget over $2 million category, marking Miami as a leader in large-scale, high-impact destination marketing.

In addition, the City of Miami Beach Marketing and Communications team was honoured with a Bronze Award in Sustainable Tourism Marketing for its “Flip the Switch Sea Turtle Nesting Season Protection” initiative.
