Miami Spice Restaurant Months Extended Through 31 October
In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Miami Spice gives diners an extra month to explore prix-fixe menus across Greater Miami and Miami Beach
The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) has extended the 25th edition of Miami Spice Restaurant Months through 31 October, giving diners an additional month to enjoy special prix-fixe menus at participating restaurants across Greater Miami and Miami Beach.
The programme reached a record 400+ participating restaurants during August and September, and the extension provides even more opportunities for diners to experience the destination’s diverse culinary scene.
Throughout October, diners can take advantage of three-course prix-fixe menus offering a minimum of 30% savings, with brunch and lunch priced at $40, and dinner at $50 or $65. For elevated dining experiences, Miami Spice Reserve features premium prix-fixe and tasting menus starting at $95.
“Miami Spice is an important time for our restaurant community and diners alike,” said David Whitaker, President & CEO of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau. “Extending the programme through October gives diners even more time to experience the collaboration between our talented chefs and restaurants. We recognise the important role our restaurant community plays in creating an exceptional experience for visitors and residents, and we are pleased to give both diners and restaurants another month to celebrate Miami’s vibrant culinary scene.”
Select Miami Spice menus feature optional wine pairings from official wine partners Louis Pommery California sparkling wine and Château La Gordonne rosé. For those who prefer to enjoy Miami Spice at home, Uber Eats, the programme’s exclusive third-party delivery and takeaway partner, will continue to offer special in-app deals from participating restaurants.
The additional month also provides more opportunities to support Camillus House, Miami Spice’s official non-profit beneficiary. Contributions can be made through QR codes featured on participating restaurant menus, helping to fund meals, shelter, housing and other essential services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness across South Florida.
