Over the past 18 months, ezy Virtual Events has been providing a cost-effective solution to virtual events which can now be white-labelled, meaning that SME’s can compete with their larger competitors and have their very own fully-branded platform for virtual and hybrid events. Over 2 years, ezy has facilitated over 100 events, which have hosted up to 500 guests and powered up to 38 exhibitor stands at each event. Plus each meeting room holds up to 200 delegates, meaning that your events can reach more people than ever.
ezy Virtual Events’ was created due to the need for a cost effective, user friendly and as “real or live” as a possible solution to events during covid at the request of several not-for-profit associations and agencies, not able to meet the costs of the platforms in the market at the time. ezy expanded their offering to include virtual workshops, award ceremonies and fam/press trips as part of the new virtual working concept in 2021. Individual virtual meeting rooms or offices are available year round on an adhoc or permanent basis for up to 200 delegates where interactive presentations, one on one meetings, breakouts and receptions can be held.
The virtual workshop platform is for smaller events of up to 150 guests and 20 individual meeting rooms for 1 to 1 meetings. ezy’s Networking BYO Café, for casual chats, and auditorium are signature features of both platforms along with the essential helpdesk.
Tailor-made platform customisation features such as 3D stand design and meeting room branding allow agencies/exhibitors/hosts/sponsors to bring their own branding and style to their event. The auditorium is the go-to-place for speeches, presentations, conferences, debates etc. also allowing sponsors and organisers to broadcast from anywhere in the world. Furthermore, to boost connectivity, ezy’s multifaceted platforms let attendees interact with multiple hosts, speakers or exhibitors at once and hosts can encourage guests engagement through embedded quizzes and speed dating formats. Insightful analytics are delivered post-event in an in-depth report which presents what audiences found interesting, where they visited, and what they viewed and downloaded.
Finally, ezy ensures that all their events run smoothly with a technical support team on-hand from set-up to end to answer questions as they arise.
